ABANDONMENT POLICY (ONLINE ORDERS)

 

WE REQUIRE EVERY EFFORT TO CONTACT OUR CUSTOMERS WHEN ORDERS ARE READY TO BE PICKED UP OR IF THERE ARE ANY ENCOUNTER ISSUES WITH DELIVERY SUCH AS INCORRECT ADDRESS, FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, ETC. IF AN ORDER REMAINS UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERABLE WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE CONFIRMED ORDER DATE, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONMENT. 

 

ONCE THE ORDER IS MARKED AS ABANDONED: 

 

  • THE PRODUCT(S) WILL BE RESTOCKED, DONATED OR DISCARDED AT OUR DISCRETION 

  • NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED 

  • THE CUSTOMER FORFEITS ANY CLAIM TO THE PRODUCT(S). 

  • THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT

 

WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU VIA THE EMAIL THAT WILL BE PROVIDED. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNCOLLECTED ITEMS AFTER MULTIPLE NOTIFICATIONS. 

 

 

ABANDONMENT POLICY ( IN-PERSON)

 

PICK-UP WINDOW:

 

  • ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE AGREED PICK-UP DATE

  • AFTER 5 DAYS, WE WILL SEND A FINAL REMINDER VIA TEXT/EMAIL

 

 

ABANDONED ORDERS:

 

  • IF AN ORDER IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED. 

  • ALL ABANDONED ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND MAY BE RESTOCKED, DONATED, OR RESOLD.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

 

  • DUE TO THE PERSONALIZED NATURE OF CUSTOM CANDLES, ABANDONED CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RESELLABLE. 

 

 

NO-SHOW AT EVENTS:

 

  • WHEN PRE-ORDERS TAKE PLACE AT AN EVENT AND YOU DO NOT SHOW UP:

    • ORDER WILL BE HELD FOR 3 ADDITIONAL DAYS FOR ALTERNATIVE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS

    • AFTER THAT PERIOD, THE ORDER WILL BE TREATED AS ABANDONED. 

 

NOTE: COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT ! WE UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS HAPPEN. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE A PICKUP OR HAVE AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER. WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE WITHIN REASON.

BULK ORDER POLICY

 

WE LOVE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS ON LARGER ORDERS! WHETHER YOU’RE PLANNING A WEDDING, CORPORATE EVENT, OR LOOKING TO STOCK YOUR BOUTIQUE, OUR BULK POLICY ENSURES A SMOOTH PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH.

 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY:

 

  • BULK ORDER IS DEFINED AS 25 UNITS OR MORE OF THE SAME SIZE/PRODUCT LINE

  • CUSTOM SCENTS, LABELS, COLORS, AND CUSTOM PRODUCT MAY REQUIRE HIGHER MINIMUMS. 

 

LEAD TIME:

 

  • PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION DEPENDING ON ORDER SIZE AND CUSTOMIZATION.

  • RUSH ORDERS (UNDER 2 WEEKS) MAY BE POSSIBLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE

 

PRICING:

 

  • CUSTOMIZATION FEES MAY APPLY DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE REQUEST.

  • BULK DISCOUNTS START AT 15% OFF RETAIL PRICES AND INCREASE BASED ON QUANTITY.

 

PAYMENT TERMS: 

 

  • A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN PRODUCTION

  • THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE BEFORE SHIPPING OR LOCAL DELIVERY 

  • WE ACCEPT LIST OF PAYMENT METHODS LIKE CREDIT CARD, CASHAPP, PAYPAL, ACH). 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: 

 

  • SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED BASED ON DESTINATION AND ORDER SIZE.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ACCEPTED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. 

  • FREE LOCAL DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS OVER $2,500 

 

RETURN AND CANCELLATIONS:

 

  • DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATIRE OF BULK ORDERS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PARTIAL REFUND. 

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE HANDMADE AND PERISHABLE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. THIS INCLUDES: 

 

  • CHANGE OF MIND

  • MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT

  • CUSTOMER ERROR IN ORDERING (INCORRECT SCENT, ADDRESS, ETC.) 

 

 

IF THE ORDER HAPPENS TO ARRIVE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, PLEASE CONTACT WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY WITH PHOTO EVIDENCE. WE WILL BE SURE TO ASSESS ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND MAY OFFER A REPLACEMENT AT OUR DISCRETION.

WE TAKE WONDERFUL CARE IN CRAFTING AND PACKAGING YOUR PRODUCTS TO ENSURE THEY ARRIVE SAFELY AND ON TIME. PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. 

 

PROCESSING TIME:

 

  • ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

  • ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

  • DURING HIGH-DEMAND SEASONS (HOLIDAYS), PROCESSING TIME MAY BE SLIGHTLY EXTENDED. 

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES: 

 

  • SHIPPING COSTS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON YOUR LOCATION.

 

  • WE OFFER STANDARD SHIPPING VIA USPS, UPS, OR ANOTHER REPUTABLE CARRIER. 

 

 

ORDER TRACKING:

 

  • ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS, YOU’LL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

  • YOU CAN TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT VIA THE LINK PROVIDED THROUGH EMAIL. 

  • PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR TRACKING TO UPDATE AFTER THE LABEL IS CREATED. 

 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS / DELIVERY ISSUES:

 

  • PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT 

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS LOST DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION. 

  • IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO ADDRESS ISSUES OR NON-COLLECTION, THERE WILL BE A $3.00 RESHIPPING FEE OR OPTIONS MAY BE DISCUSSED WITH OWNER. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

 

  • ONCE A PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THEFT, LOSS OR DAMAGE.

  • IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MISSING, PLEASE CHECK WITH NEIGHBORS, YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, OR BUILDING MANAGEMENT BEFORE CONTACTING US. 

  • YOU MAY HAVE AN OPTION TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER OR RECEIVE HALF OF YOUR REFUND DUE TO LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

 

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: 

 

  • CANDLES MAY SOFTEN OR MELT IN HIGH TEMPERATURES DURING TRANSIT. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE INDOORS AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES.

  • IF HEAT DAMAGE OCCURS, PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER TO NEGOTIATE A BETTER OPTION​​

PAYMENT POLICY

 

WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, ZELLE, PAYPAL, AND APPLE PAY. ALL PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED SECURELY AT CHECKOUT. ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL.
